Legal Financial Analyst
MBA in Finance is required. Develop and analyze information to assess current and future financial status which include risks and investments for legal clients. Assess ESOP transactions, ESOP-related tax matters and relevant aspects of ERISA law. Evaluate corporate financial transactions including leverage buyouts, restructuring, Merger and Acquisitions, recaps and portfolio management.
