From company acquisitions, standby letters of credit (SBLC) and proof of fund (POF) transactions, our insured escrow accounts provide the assurance our clients need to facilitate their financial transaction.
According to the 2001 U.S. Patriot Act, certain compliance requirements must fulfill anti-money laundering and anti-terror funding objectives. Our law firm ensures that our clients meet such compliance standards according to the applicable law. All transactions are, however, subject to the bank’s approval in order to verify the origin of the funds.
As paymaster, our law firm will distribute funds according to the underlying agreement immediately and efficiently. Our objective is to make the closing of any financial transaction as easy as possible for our clients.
