MBA in Finance required. Develop and analyze info to assess the current & future fin status which includes risks and investments for legal clients. Assess ESOP transactions, ESOP-related tax matters, and relvnt aspects of ERISA law. Evaluate corp financial transactions, including leveraged buyouts, restructurings, M&A, recaps, and portfolio management.
